Charlotte Horton is a York-based support worker and recent Psychology graduate with aspirations to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology. Charlotte’s ultimate goal, both career-wise and in life, is to empower other people. She has previously worked as a mentor for young people and collaborated with a charity to write a paper exploring refugees' mental health. Outside of her work, Charlotte is a pretty busy gal. When she’s not busy cackling away with friends over a coffee, Charlotte enjoys practising yoga and Pilates, self-teaching dance and as a self-proclaimed foodie, eating whatever recipes she cooks up.
